I took my two furry family members to Carrollwood Community Animal Hospital today. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they received by the Dr. Jones & staff. It took only one day to get an appointment (no emergency, new patients). I had multiple issues for both doggies and one had a particular complex past. Dr. Jones and staff handled all issues and procedures like professionals who have been doing this for years. It particularly impressed me that both had blood drawn and got shots but never flinched a second as if they had never been stuck with a needle. One of my puppies is Jack Russell mix that is extremely high energy nervous and he never knew he was poked. I left with all my questions answered (and relieved). I was also happy to have paid reasonable and customary cost for products and services. I found a new vet as of today!
